These terms govern your use of tarjeteapp, a digital loyalty platform developed by Avocoding. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

tarjeteapp lets businesses run digital stamp card, points and promotion programs, and lets their customers join and track rewards across the businesses they visit.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Business accounts are responsible for the loyalty programs, rewards and communications they configure for their own customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other accounts or businesses' data without authorization, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Billing

Business plans are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Trials, plan changes and cancellations are described on the pricing page and take effect as stated there.

Termination

You may stop using tarjeteapp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Liability

tarjeteapp is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Avocoding is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, ask you to accept the updated terms again.
